The truck that Hamlin Beach Boy's still have was bought from Sea Breeze who bought it from the Carle Place Frog's but Sea Breeze never ran it. Sea Breeze never ran it because they instead bought Main Transits old C-Truck which they have now sold to the Copenhagen Cubs.
Sea Breeze currently has the old Elmont Bangtails C-Truck
Twabster has pictures maybe he can add to this.

At this point, the pictures of the '94 flip would be a welcome reminder to focus again on safety. From my understanding, the Raiders were going to make t-shirts last year marking the 10th anniversary! I say post...can anyone from WIFD give an opinion?

Old, old C-Truck (believe it is the mid 50's, early 60's) Constructed from a Studebaker this C-Truck was purchased by Main-Transit in 1976 from the West Sayville Flying Dutchmen. The Slo-Pokes competed with this C-Truck from 1977 to 1982. Which became Don't know what happened to it after that. The team built this one in the late 70's, early 80's I believe, from there it went to Sea Breeze whom sold it to Copenhagen. I believe Copenhagen blew the engine on it and is currently running Port Washington's Old C-Truck Slo-Pokes purchased this one from the Bayshore Redskins in 1995, which we are currently running. Any additional info and/or corrections would be appreciated.

Floral Park "Doodlebugs" Carle Place "Frogs" Hamlin "Beach Boys" This C is the sister truck of Levittowns current C. Floral Park ran this truck in the early to mid 80's. In 1986 the truck lost its brakes in practice at the denton ave track and crashed. Carle Place rebuilt the front end and put on a new nose giving them their first C.( ) It was sold when Carle Place purchased NHP's C truck.

Was that the one that was sitting next to North Bellmore's Drill Team shack for a while after South Hempstead got rid of it?

I do!! It was given to Sea Breeze by Main Transit for parts. Sea Breeze took what they needed off of it and then Donated it to the Local BOCES Foreman Center for a high school project car. It was still at BOCES in Fairport N.Y. last I knew.

I believe the old NB C-car was run by South Hempstead and is now being run by the Panthers from Lake Placid
