I believe this to be some Central NY Teams.
Here is the Old Woodmere "Clamdiggers" rig, used by the Delhi "Demons"
Enfield "NozzleKnockers"
Montour Falls "Swamp Stompers"
Montour Falls "Swamp Stompers"
Montour Falls "Swamp Stompers"

There are pictures somewhere on here of the old Woodmere truck sitting in Delhi's firehouse. It is lettered "Demons" on both sides of the hood. If you look closely at the video you could see the same lettering on the side of the hood.

After doing a little research on the truck in the second Video I have found the Department and truck. The team is the Enfield "NozzleKnockers" and here is the truck. The team history can be found here. enfieldf.startlogic.com/page2.html

This looks like some of the events they run in Canada. For years the northern teams have gone across the border to run with them and they have similar truck events. They do the same thing with a street hydrant.

Montour Falls tried their hand in the Western Circuit back around 1985, but didnt last long. Western Area Rep wang Habershaw was from Montour Falls.....
For those that dont know, Montour Falls is where Watkins Glen is if that helps.....

update on the delhi truck i am actually a student at suny delhi and an avid drill team fan.. the truck is currently being used as a sausage grill carrier for whenever they do cookouts it took some explaining on my part for them to figure out wat it was truly used for in its hay day...

Used to see these drills run in southern portion of central NY. Max spped the truck could go was I think 13 MPH (maybe it was 11?). The official rides to make sure the speed is not exceeded. One of the drills I went to all the teams used the same driver and truck to keep that motorized portion consistent. Oh yeah, no cone times either.

update on the delhi truck ... the truck is currently being used as a sausage grill carrier for whenever they do cookouts... Lol... Whatta shame ! I remember that truck ! Well... perhaps the sausage fests & weiner bumping it was used for back in the day is not that far off from what its use is today. apparently nobody upstate in that town really cares. Rescue that truck ! before they use the pump to irrigate fields, or worse, spread manure over their crops with it.
