I remember that truck, it was a neat way of transporting their rigs. Any pics of old & new haulers out there?

Great picture - have not seen many clean pictures of this rig; loved seeing this rig in the parades with the Ironman statue on the pump deck.

Here is a different twist on the B-trucks: trucks in the process of being built. This is the Point Pleasant Pea Pickers current B-truck under construction in the team garage in late winter 1998. As you see it here it is sans engine, transmission and pump, which accounts for the nose high stance. We first ran this truck in the 1998 season and it is our current truck. We built the entire vehicle ourselves in this garage; paint included. Since then it has under gone the normal gamut of upgrades such as motors, trannys, pumps and tire arrangements, but otherwise is the same today. As an aside, the Pea Pickers have always been a "homebuilt" operation. The current C-truck we have from Syosset (after ours was rendered unusable) is the first truck since 1984 that we did not build ourselves on Ewer Avenue. I know there is Reboli thread with some C-trucks in progress, but a thread with "trucks being built" might be neat.

Great picture. There were some posted from Mosier and Louie done over time and always cool to see the construction. Thanks for sharing the photo.
