His name is John Willers aka "Bailiff" I was just a kid when he raced so I don't remember all the words, but my father would always say don't repeat anything he says in front of your mother. I believe he stopped racing in the early 90's, but he still is a member of the department today.

I have been asked several times recently about Bailiffs Motor Pump song. It started in the late seventies and was continued for many years becoming a tradition for the Termites. Bailiff was the teams self appointed morale officer, and even though our most successful event was Buckets he made certain that there was always laughs and fun the entire day. The actual chant is based on a Cheech and Chong song with a few changes. So for Frankie Jr. who keeps asking and to anyone who remembers the Termites gathering around the B rig before motor pump I will give my best recollection. The chorus was performed by all team members while banging on the truck and also neighboring teams who were always welcome to participate. With special thanks to John (Bailiff) Willers.
Da, Dit, Da Da, Dit, Da Da - Da - Da (chorus is repeated after each verse)
My momma talked to me she tried to tell me how to live
But I don't listen to her 'cos my head is like a sieve
My daddy he disowned me 'cos I wear my sisters clothes
He caught me in the bathroom with a pair of panty hose
My basketball coach just kicked me off the team
For wearing high healed sneakers and acting like a queen
The worlds coming to an end and I don't even care
As long as I can have my limo and my orange hair
And it don't bother me if people think I'm funny
'Cos I'm a big rock star and I'm making lot's of Money, Money, Money!
It took awhile to remember all the verses, but I think that it is pretty accurate. Anyone else remember?

Maybe we,"the suicide squad" So. Hemp. Rascals should have chanted something before we ran our pump shot instead we prayed the nozzle man got there before that pump whipped him across the track, just saw my old nozzle man Kenny Matuza at Hempstead up from florida he was in shock at the times that are done in pump now.

There was another song that would be sung after the drills. It had something to do with a girl with long blonde hair.

I think that was one of the songs that fathers didn't want the kids repeating to their mothers. But obviously you never forgot.
