No Dudley, that truck was built in the mid 80's. The Rough Riders were running the Dodge Dart in the 70's.
addendum:
The Rough Riders C-Truck from the 60's went to Jericho, and then to East Norwich. I don't think it has been run since Hicksville 2001.

Did Brentwood have/has a former Rough Riders C rig?

Yes west, the Brentwood Tigers truck was with the Oyster Bay Rough Riders and before that it lived with the West Hempstead Westerners. It was built by High Tune Automotive's Dennis Quintoni.

That truck was not West Hempsteads. West Hempstead's old truck is now Massapequa's
The Truck that East Norwich ran in '01 was not the RR 60's truck. The Spooks got a new truck in the early 90's, '91 or '92

Rob, uncle Kevie is correct.. tthe truck Brentwood is currently running is in fact the Westerners old truck that first went to oyster bay. It has been modified many time but is still the truck that high tune built for us. The truck that Massapequa has now is the truck that replaced the high tune rig and was built by Tommy Jensen of Bayport Welding. That truck was replaced by the truck your father built and we are currently running today. Kenny

I think it was New Bremen (sp?) who picked up the twin, never got it on the track tho. I think they were also working on building a B rig, which may be the chasis and body that Great Bend built out and is now running. New Bremen previously had a nice C rig that may be the one that Clayton is now running. But someone more in the know would have to confirm any of this.

Bought Community sold everything they had a few years ago. The C-Truck, as Nightraider stated above went to New Bremen. Somewhere on Digger are the pictures of it sitting with New Bremen's old C-Truck and the not yet complete B-Truck they were building. The 3 trucks were under an open type of wood built shelter. The B-Truck ended up going to Great Bend. The Bought Community B-Truck is now in the Sandy Roberts "rent a racer collection". It was run one year by the Louisville Turtles before they took posession of the yet to be finished B-Truck project started by Alexandria Bay.

The Rough Riders C of the 60's was last run by East Norwich at the 1990 Labor Day drill in Hicksville.

No West, Clayton's C-Truck is not the old New Bremen C-Truck. As far as I know New Bremen still has both thier old "C-Car" and the old Syosset "C-Car", built by A&P Automotive, that they aquired from Bought Community. The trouble with either of these chassis is that they would need to be converted to a independant front suspension to conform to the current rules. That being straight axles or dropped I beam front axles can be run under thier current owners. If another team runs the truck the front end needs to be modified to an independant front suspension.

If memory serves me correct, the C-Truck that Clayton currently uses came from Holland Patent....

Yes it did. I think Mohawk purchased it from Holland Patent but never ran it. Then Clayton bought it. Now did Central Islip get a new C Truck or did they just get a new front end?
